The second tallest building in mainland China is located in the center of Lujiazui Finance and Trade Districts in Pudong, right next to the tallest building in China. The 88-story tower was completed in 1999. It is 421 m (1380 ft) tall and covers an area of 2.3 hectares (5.68 acres). The architect, Adrian D.
